Ayam dikasih garam, goreng agak kekuningan.&lt;br /&gt;Semua bumbu dihaluskan kemudian tumis. Masukkan ke kaldu plus daun jeruk, daun sere.&lt;br /&gt;Masukan santan cair, kemudian santan kenta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;lnya. Aduk jgn sampe pecah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara buat perkedel kentang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kentang 1/2 kg, goreng lalu dihaluskan.&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu bawang putih 3 siung goreng, merica sedikit, pala sedikit.
